The Key West Cooking Show’s Dinner Experience focuses on a different multi-course meal each night, Tuesday through Saturday. Each dinner includes a house-made Sangria and is paired with the night’s dessert. There are two dinner times each night, the first begins at 5:30 p.m. and the second at 7:30 p.m.

Tuesday night’s “Tropical Bites” dinner is Lobster Enchilado.
A coastal Latin American favorite, especially in Cuban and Caribbean cuisine. Succulent lobster is simmered in a rich, spicy tomato sauce with garlic, onions, bell peppers, and bold seasonings. The lobster’s delicate sweetness perfectly balances the sauce’s vibrant, tangy flavors.
