The Key West Cooking Show’s Dinner Experience focuses on a different multi-course meal each night, Tuesday through Saturday. Each dinner includes a house-made Sangria and is paired with the night’s dessert. There are two dinner times each night, the first begins at 5:30 p.m. and the second at 7:30 p.m.

Thursday night’s “Multicultural Heritage” dinner is Braised Oxtail Over Rice
Slow-braised until meltingly tender, our oxtails highlight the rich, savory depth of Old World technique. Drawing on the European influences that helped shape Key West’s culinary history, the dish begins with a classic mirepoix and simmers low and slow in a robust wine braise. The result is fall-off-the-bone tender, deeply flavorful, and a delicious nod to the island’s multicultural heritage.
